free chart - someone to watch over thee

Click on chart above to print from your printer

Well I finally got this on line. Here is a free chart for you. Maybe for Christmas of just for a gift for that special someone. How about your grandchildren, nieces, nephews, or anyone else that needs a little reminder that we are not alone.
I left the colors up to you. You can make it for someone by putting their skin color, hair color, and even eye color. You can make the angel dress white, or as I had to change the color to a beige so that you could see it in the photo. Because white does not show up on white paper. Oh well that's it for color class, hope you enjoy,
Donna

Peek @ The Tidal River #2

I'm not going to be able to check the computer for a couple of days. Going to stitch up a storm. I thought I would share a peek at The Tidal River #2. Try to keep cool, Donna

Thank you And Etsy Update

Thank you everyone for your comments. The darker picture was the winner. I ordered them and the charts should be ready this Saturday to go out to shops and distributors.
I am going to be discontinuing some of my older designs to make room for my new designs. We only have so much room at home. My organizing is becoming very dysfunctional. I must simplify! That is my word for the month. I’ve heard it 3 days in a row now.
So check out my Etsy shop for my deeply discounted charts that I am not going to the printer with again. Once they are gone then they are all gone.
Also I truly am working on more things for my Etsy shop besides the discontinued charts.
I just need more time, does anyone have any for sale?
Have a good night

Donna
(I'm still working on adding more charts but my husband wants to go out to eat)so i'll be back

Here it is!! and I need your opinion!!

Well here it is. I finished framing it today and I need your opinion about what picture to put on the charts. Should I choose the darker picture with no flash or the lighter picture with a flash? The darker picture shows more clouds and the white is more crisp. The lighter picture is also very clear and just looks lighter.

And here are some close ups too just to look at. I wish I could show you the whole design but that would take away from the surprise. So I am eagerly working on "The Tidal River #2".

Anxiously waiting for your opinion because I have to order photos tomorrow evening.

Thanks
Donna

Saving a pup and a sneak peek

Well I stitched this weekend at the Nubble again and there was a baby seal rescue. The police man was pretty busy keeping people away until the rescue man arrived. Here's a picture of what we could see.

And I did finish "The Tidal River #1" but I have to get the iron out, the mat board, the cutting board, the pins, and all that good stuff, so here is a picture of a peek because I'm still working on the framing part.

And I started #2, and I'm off to get that freebie on the computer too.

Keep smiling
Donna

Models are on a working vacation

Hi everyone, Wanted to tell you that the models are traveling to The World In Stitches in Littleton Ma. Stop by if you are in the area and sign up for the free raffle. One each of the "Box Of Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall" series and a faux frame that I painted so you can change the seasons. Randi sent me a photo of the models and here it is. Oh I miss them already but I must share.

I have been stitching so much trying to finish the first of my river series. We went away for a couple of days to Kennebunkport Maine and I tried so hard to keep stitching, I even stayed up until midnight. I'm still not finished but very soon, maybe tomorrow. I also received an awesome frame from Valley House Primitives that they made just for this design so I'm extra excited to finish and frame it. I will post pictures of it this weekend (all done)!!

And I didn't forget about the free chart, I just must finish this model first. I'll get that up too.

Here are a few pictures of our mini vacation. It was fun and the weather was beautiful. We haven't gone away in years, and my daughter was away on a youth group mission trip fixing homes for people in N.Sutton NH. It was a perfect time to get away but I always miss home.
Talk to you again this weekend
Donna

Happy 4th of July

Here is a peek of The River Series #1.

I love stitching over one but I haven't completed any thing big yet, but Deb from Stitches N Things has. check out her blog.
So tiny, I love it.

I'm still working on the freebie for you but I am having a hard time again, but I will persist, it may take a couple of more days, but it will get done.

Well have a safe and happy holiday.
