Ruby

Good morning :
I have not been posting as much as I would like :(
Busy stitching away! and cleaning the house and working on taxes !!
Here is a picture of what I have been stitching lately

I decided to make some limited number of Kits for small embroideries.
This one is called "Ruby"...and I LOVE flowers
It is stitched on 18ct linen with Paternayan crewel wool.
I will have some kits available and also have the design as a
PDF. This will let you choose your own colors and fibers.
The pattern could also be traced onto Weavers Cloth
 and used for Punch Needle.
Ruby should be ready in a day or two.
I am already working on another....
This one will be called "Addison" after my grand-daughter
They are so much fun...I love to stitch freely...
its a nice break from counting, HAHA
Have a great day and I will post again soon

Having a Giveaway

A few days ago when we were having our snow storm,
 good time for stitching...
I had cross stitched one of the Stitch An Inch Flower Garden flowers...
and since I love dimension,, what could be done for this flower?

And so I added some needle lace, padded satin stitches and french knots

and now to finish it .....

I finished with a wool circle and stuffed it to be a pincushion...My stitching was not the best on the corners...and I wasn't going to give up, so I decided to add some wool leaves to those corners along with some beads and more french knots.

And then the giveaway...
Please leave me a message (Comment) on this post
and I will add your name to the hat...the drawing will be this
 Sunday the 27th...
good luck
:)
