New Finish For An Old Stocking

I finished the new do for last years stocking. I used a corduroy fabric with small green dots, and an 8X10 frame just like the poinsettia.
The poinsettia will be released in a couple of weeks. I have one model to finish that will go along with it.

I also finished the pocket too. I used a plaid background for the pocket with a different shaded frame. The frame was also an 8 X 10.

Thank you for checking out my blog and I hope these finishes give you ideas to finish some of your other projects.

Have a wonderful day, donna

  2. Very pretty and very clever ideas! I went to Michael's this morning and bought some mini pomegranates just so I would be ready for next year's stitching!

  7. Oh I love how you finished your beautiful stocking! What a cute idea and looks so lovely displayed as you have done here. I just really love your Tidal River Series and would like to get those for me! My dh is from Maine and we both just love these and the colors of them. I have the hen that you did and had hoped my LNS would get the rooster sometime but 3 Stitches never has gotten it yet. I will order it sometime. Your projects are all really pretty and I hope to stitch them!
