My Pear Needle Book

I used #weeksdyeworkswool on this project for the center pages. This is my little Pear needle book. I was inspired by #roxycreations , she made a pear for applique and similar to the fabric I have on hand and so I thought hmmm I do like pears. So why not make something that I could use and look at often. So I got out my pencil and started drawing pear shapes until I created the one I liked. A needle book it was 😉, I added lots of flowers with wool, threads and some beads, a bit of needle weaving too. I enjoyed working on this.

This was fun to make...lots of decisions along the way. 

What fibers to use, fabrics and placement,

 but it was really enjoyable to be free.....no counting HAHA
