I just finished more planks and pendants for my "Stitch An Inch" designs. They are up on Etsy. I am also working on planks that will be 16 inches long so you could stitch all 12 designs over 1 and have 2 extra inches on each side of the plank to glue down some shells. These are almost finished.
But my GIVEAWAY is 1 of each of my new Stitch An Inch charts. So just leave me a message that you are interested and I will have a drawing on Thursday night @ 8:00pm. The lucky winner will receive both of the charts.
I am working on the ones for Halloween!! And the planks will be orange with black crackle on top. Oh so scary!!
And please be patient for more Funky Flowers. I just found someone to stitch for me and they will be working on those.
I have more great ideas for the fall. A little wool might be involved.

ReplyDeleteThe tattoo is beautiful and "You are my Sunshine" is also my eldest daughter's and mine song. I sang this song everyday to her for the first two years of her life and even wrote the song out on her baby book.

Inches are a big range in the artist trading card world. I participated in a few inches trades last summer through ATCs for All site. Just got back from Bald Head Island, NC and the beach theme is rampant in my head right now! Can't wait to do the mermaid!

ReplyDeleteWhen my son got his first tattoo he said "I'll show you something if you promise not to tell Dad". Of course I didn't promise not to tell so he showed me his new tattoo. I also didn't say that I would tell, either. It just never came up! Dad eventually saw it, but he couldn't get mad, either.

ReplyDeleteI wanted a tattoo when I turned 18 too. Then I got married, had 3 kids, life happened and suddenly there I was 48 years old and still no tattoo. So last summer when we visited friends we hadn't seen in 10 years (our husbands were in the air force together), my friend & I decided to do something crazy. We each got matching tattoos with 3 butterflies over our heart. She has 2 blue & 1 pink for her 2 boys & 1 girl. I have 2 pink & 1 blue for my 2 girls & 1 boy. I finally got my tattoo, no regrets. So sooner or later you daughter probably would have gotten one anyway. Even if it took 30 years. :)
